Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and standards.
- Maintain mise en place and ensure proper portioning and plating.
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and workplace health standards.
- Assist with inventory control and minimize food waste.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen.
- Culinary education or equivalent experience.
- Current FoodSafe BC Certificate.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).

Wage: $25.29 per hour, paid bi-weekly
