About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established family-owned business with a strong presence across North Central Ontario, is currently seeking Experienced Equipment Technicians to join their teams at both the Port Perry and Alliston locations. Specializing in agricultural and construction equipment, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with advanced machinery in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

What You Will Do:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul of farm machinery, including tractors, tillage, planting, and harvesting equipment
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, grinders, welding equipment, and more
• Install, test, and troubleshoot Precision Ag electronics
• Tune and optimize diesel engines to ensure peak performance
• Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You Will Need:

• A strong working knowledge of agricultural or construction machinery
• Passion for problem-solving and working with advanced equipment
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and make sound decisions
• Physical stamina for hands-on work, including lifting over 50 lbs and kneeling for long periods
• Willingness to relocate to Canada and take on a new challenge
