Senior Service Advisor – Independent Automotive Repair Shop | Toronto, ON

Are you an experienced Senior Service Advisor looking for a long-term opportunity where you can take ownership of your role and grow into a Shop Manager position? We're a high-end independent automotive repair shop in Toronto focused on quality workmanship, customer care, and building lasting relationships—with both our clients and our team.

About the Role:
As our Senior Service Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact for customers, coordinating repairs and supporting our team of skilled technicians. You'll have the freedom to work independently, make the role your own, and contribute to the shop's continued growth and reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, provide accurate repair estimates, and maintain strong communication throughout the service process

• Schedule jobs and manage the workflow in our 6-bay facility, focused on delivering quality over quantity

• Collaborate with technicians to ensure repairs are diagnosed and completed correctly the first time

• Handle parts ordering, inventory management, and vendor coordination

• Create and finalize work orders, manage invoicing, and ensure a smooth experience from drop-off to pick-up

• Look for ways to improve processes and prepare to take on greater responsibility as Shop Manager

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/year

• Commission structure based on shop profitability

• Strong long-term earning potential with room to grow

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Service Advisor, preferably in an independent shop working on all makes and models

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• A customer-first attitude and a commitment to high-quality service

• Someone who works well independently and is motivated to take on a leadership role

• A solid understanding of repair processes, parts sourcing, and how to support a team of technicians
