Join the sales team and help the organization grow! We are in search of an inside sales member to handle inbound leads generated from our marketing department.
Position Overview
This is exciting role with a designed path to an outside sale role. We require no industry knowledge; however commercial truck knowledge would be an asset. We do require pure salesmanship and the tenacious, self-driven, qualities that come with it. We will provide all training.

Commissions:
$50.00 / lead when customer comes to the branch, when lead turns to a sale -$100.00 per unit.

Principal Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads generated from the Marketing team and marketing tactics and strategies.
- Identify and contact new potential customers within industry segments.
- Work directly with Marketing and Sales manager to provide customer feedback.
- Work closely with Sales team.
- Manage call and sales cycles within CRM.
- Learn product specifications and market segment applications.
- Understand and adhere to the sales program provided
- Administer the coordination of appointments between customer and sales consultants.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma or better: Post Secondary School in marketing is preferred.
- 3 years successful sales experience preferably from the automotive industry.
- Hold a valid class 3 driver's license.
- Exceptional telephone sales experience recommended.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask with tenacious work ethic.
- Knowledge of CRM is considered an asset.
