• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment

• Establish project objectives, approach, scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans

• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies

• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective coordination, delegation, and coaching

• Oversee project execution and deliverables, aligning with the Program Gating Process methodology

• Communicate and report to executive sponsors, stakeholders, and project boards through presentations, briefings, and status updates

Project Management Expertise

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience, including large-scale, complex projects

• Proven consulting experience with actionable solution recommendations

• Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and project management tools

• Project Management Certification

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage resistance and engage stakeholders at all levels

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Project & Program Management

• Experience with large-scale change initiatives

• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies

• Ability to align project objectives with strategic business outcomes
