We are currently seeking a Lube Technician to join our team of customer-focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

The Tire and Lube Technician is responsible to service vehicles, including providing preventative and routine maintenance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform oil and filter changes
• Checking that tires are inflated correctly
• Replenishing vehicle fluids, lubricates joints/fittings as needed
• Checking cabin and air filters
• Responsible for inspecting tires on client vehicles, making tire repairs, installing new tires when necessary, balancing and rotating tires.
• Maintaining tidiness of the shop

Other responsibilities include:

• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• WHIMIS standards to ensure chemicals/equipment is being handled in a safe manor & ensure you are compliant in using them.
• Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.

Candidates must possess:

• Valid driver's license - minimum G2
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Strong work ethic with an attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a must
