Salary: $22 - $25 Hour

We are seeking a skilled Vinyl Printer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating industrial printing equipment and vinyl cutters, preparing files for production, and ensuring high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret work proofs to ensure accuracy.
  • Schedule and manage printing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare files and drawings for production.
  • Operate large-format printers, including Roland, HP, and Epson.
  • Use Graphtec cutters for precise vinyl cutting.
  • Weed vinyl and trim large wall graphics.
  • Laminate and apply print media onto various substrates.
  • Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure quality control.
  • Handle and manage different substrates, including vinyl, fabric, and rigid materials.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or GED.

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years in the sign industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Suite.
  • Experience with RIP software (e.g., Onyx, Caldera) for print production.
  • Familiarity with advanced color management techniques.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of print production processes and color management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate Inkjet Film Setter, Vinyl Cutter, and print equipment.
  • Experience with vinyl graphics application (Glass, Walls, Floors, plastic, acrylic, trucks).
  • Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to meet production deadlines efficiently.
