About the role:
Our Finance Managers areresponsible for helping our customers navigate the financing of their purchase, while offering them the insurance and extended warranty products that will keep their homes away from home in tip-top shape no matter what they encounter.
The selected candidate must be available on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays but not Sundays!
As a Finance Manager, youll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with financial arrangements
- Completing all deals in a timely manner
- Completing all documentation accurately and promptly
- Communicating with the status of customer deals with the sales team
- Performing lien checks on all vehicle trades, buy-ins, and consignments
- Assisting customers with insurance arrangements, manufacturers warranty, and parts and service details
- Increasing the service department's absorption rate through increased warranty sales
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and tact
- Attending and participating in weekly meetings
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with lenders, customers, and prospective customers
- Ensuring delivery times and schedules are adhered to
- Performing administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
- Previous sales and/or finance experience
- Highly organized with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
- Ability to make decisions, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Aptitude for routine or repetitive work
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to Carstairs and the surrounding area
