Job Details
The Customer Experience Specialist provides ongoing support to our customers throughout their experience of buying, selling and owning a vehicle. This individual provides support, via phone and email, by helping customers to complete orders, answering product questions, assisting with troubleshooting requests and providing additional resources so our customers can make informed decisions about used vehicles. The Customer Experience Specialist will collaborate with other departments to enhance products, communicate the voice of the customer, and always deliver an excellent CARFAX experience.
Position Responsibilities
- Provides support to customer inquiries related to products and services.
- Achieves turnaround time to resolve customer queries via several communication modes.
- Supports ordering process and consumer refund requests.
- Investigates and collects information for additional troubleshooting and resolution where required.
- Gathers relevant information to assess and initiate a data investigation for the customer.
- Triage and prioritize customer tickets and filter and/or assign to other functions where appropriate.
- Track and observe feedback / response from customers, document and flag any problematic initiatives and communicate to internal stakeholders.
Education and Experience Required:
- 2+ years in a customer service role, with phone-based customer support experience is an asset
- Demonstrated previous retail/customer service experience is an asset.
- Articulate and able to translate complex information both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the automotive field is considered an asset
- Bilingual French/English considered an asset
- Post-Secondary degree in a related field is an asset
