We're seeking aconfident and enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to support our vibrant Development Team, including Admissions, Advancement, Alumni Relations, and Communications. This is a high-energy, mission-driven role where your work will directly support school growth, community engagement, and student success.

What Youll Do:

  • Keep things running smoothly with expert admin support for key departments
  • Help plan and deliver memorable eventsfrom open houses to alumni celebrations
  • Be a friendly, professional point of contact for families, students, and partners
  • Work with data, presentations, and communications to ensure high-impact outreach
    Juggle a variety of tasks from budget tracking to website updatesno two days are alike!

Who You Are:

  • A detail lover with 35 years of administrative experience
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable (Google Suite whiz; ready to learn school-specific systems)
  • Warm, welcoming, and a natural communicator
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage confidential info with care
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset

Compensation

The base annual salary for this position is competitive and falls within the range of $50,000.00 - $60,000.00. The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, and relevant experience in accordance with BC labour laws and company policies.
