Staff Front End Engineer (Hybrid / Toronto)

We're looking for a Staff Front End Engineer to join their high-performing team. You'll work directly with the CTO to help lead and build a seamless, user-centric experience that redefines how businesses engage with data.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with engineering leadership to design, build, and launch new front-end features

• Build reusable UI components and scalable front-end libraries

• Translate UX wireframes into performant, production-ready code

• Optimize web applications for speed and cross-browser compatibility

• Contribute to CI/CD practices and maintain documentation

• Provide technical mentorship and help establish front-end best practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Front End Developer, with senior or staff-level scope

• Must have experience building front-end features for analytics platforms or data-rich applications

• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and modern front-end tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
