About the Role

Brand Momentum Inc. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team full-time in support of our national retail sales program for RBH (Rothmans, Benson & Hedges). This individual will work closely with the Field Manager and the broader program management team to ensure seamless execution and support of field operations across the country.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in business operations, marketing coordination, and program administration within a fast-paced, retail-focused environment. Our Sales Representatives are actively engaging and educating adult consumers on smoke-free alternatives, and your work behind the scenes helps make that impactful experience possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data & Reporting
    • Maintain and update program trackers including field activity logs, sales data, and performance reports.
    • Prepare PowerPoint decks and weekly/monthly recaps for internal and client-facing review.
  • Inventory & Asset Management
    • Track inventory and promotional materials across multiple regions.
    • Support physical kitting and shipping of field tools, uniforms, and marketing materials.
  • Communication & Content
    • Create and distribute a bi-weekly internal newsletter to Sales Reps (AI-supported tools available).
    • Help craft and share key updates, program wins, and reminders to ensure alignment across the team.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Calendar management, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks.
    • Assist in organizing internal events, training logistics, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Program Coordination & Support
    • Assist with daily operational needs of the RBH retail sales program.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Must be 19 years of age or older (due to working with tobacco-related products).
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in coordination, administration, or a similar support role is an asset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of accountability.
