Dental Crafts is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apprentice Dental Technician to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on training opportunity within our models department, ideal for individuals looking to grow their technical skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Youll work alongside experienced technicians and receive structured guidance as you develop your knowledge and abilities in dental prosthetic fabrication.

• Learn to disinfect incoming case contents
• Observe and assist in pouring and labeling dental models
• Support pinning, cutting, and trimming dies under guidance
• Assist with articulation of models
• Learn to pour denture models and acid etch e.max
• Barcode scan completed work as part of process training
• Communicate with team members to understand workflows and expectations
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Retrieve and place crowns from sintering furnace under supervision
• Support zirconia preparation (cutting sprues)
• Learn CAD scanning of models
• Duplicate models and assist in fabrication of stents and trays
• Assist in receiving/shipping case unpacking and packing
• Help monitor and restock department supplies
• Learn to monitor plaster trap and maintain equipment

• No prior dental lab experience required training provided
• Interest in dental technology and hands-on work
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Reliable, motivated, and ready to grow in a technical trade
