Job Specifications
- Assess the clients' physical condition
- Create unique workouts for them
- Clearly and effectively explain exercises
- Demonstrate how to use the gyms training equipment safely to avoid injuries
- Guide and motivate clients on their fitness journey
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be available to work early mornings; including some weekends
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or any relevant role
- Knowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to more challenging training sessions
- Certificates in CPR and First Aid Training
- Certification in Personal Training
- A broad understanding of injuries, disease, nutrition, and any conditions that may affect one's ability to perform exercise.
- Ability to work well with others, form and foster relationships Work with a diverse group of clients, from all fitness levels
- Strong time management skills combined with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
