Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated CrossFit Level - 1 Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness training, particularly in CrossFit methodologies, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and motivating environment for all members. As a CrossFit Coach, you will lead classes, provide individualized coaching, and inspire athletes to achieve their fitness goals.

Duties

  • Lead engaging and effective CrossFit classes for various skill levels, ensuring safety and proper technique.
  • Develop and implement workout programs that align with the goals of the gym and its members.
  • Provide personalized coaching and feedback to athletes during workouts to enhance performance.
  • Foster a positive community atmosphere by encouraging teamwork and camaraderie among members.
  • Monitor member progress and provide guidance on fitness strategies, nutrition, and recovery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym space and equipment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and certifications to continually improve coaching skills.

Qualifications

  • Certified CrossFit Trainer (Level 1 or higher) certification in fitness coaching.
  • Strong knowledge of functional movements, strength training, and conditioning principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals.
  • Experience in coaching or leading group fitness classes is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt workouts for individuals with varying fitness levels or special considerations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with members and foster a welcoming environment.
  • A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
  • Must be able to provide a clean criminal record check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
