Job Title: General Labourer Construction

Location: Sudbury, ON

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on-site, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning and preparing job sites, and supporting skilled tradespeople. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.

• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.

• Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled workers as needed.

• Operate hand tools and small equipment under supervision.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and environments.

• Basic understanding of safety guidelines and procedures.

• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
