Location: Ontario Canada| Type: Independent Contractor | Part-Time or Full-Time | Compensation: $20,000 per successful franchise partnership (100% commission)

We're expanding—and looking for a driven, relationship-focused business development professional to help us grow our franchise network in Ontario, Canada. You'll act as a brand ambassador, identifying and introducing top-tier custom home builders and renovation contractors to the Alair franchise opportunity.

What You'll Do:

· Identify high-performing residential builders and renovation contractors across Ontario, Canada.

· Introduce qualified candidates to Alair's franchise model and schedule introductions with our Regional Partner

· Represent Alair professionally, passionately, and persuasively in all outreach

· Build and nurture strong relationships within the residential construction industry

Who You Are:

· A confident, self-starting sales professional with 5+ years in residential contractor sales or building product sales in Ontario, Canada

· Skilled at influencing, overcoming objections, and closing high-value conversations

· Well-connected, with an existing network of custom home builders and renovation contractors in the Ontario, Canada market

· Exceptional at building relationships and establishing trust

· Motivated by performance—seeking a six-figure income with a $20,000 commission per successful franchisee signed
