As a Financial Services Manager, you will support a team of high-performing, customer-focused sales consultants while driving profitability and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in finance and insurance will help ensure our customers make informed and confident decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner
• Provide outstanding customer service by offering financing options, extended warranties, protection plans, and credit insurance for both new and pre-owned vehicles
• Collaborate with lenders to secure loan approvals, ensuring timely and accurate credit application processing
• Prepare and review all necessary vehicle purchase documentation, ensuring full compliance with OMVIC and all provincial, and federal regulations
• Actively contribute to dealership growth by working closely with the Sales team to generate additional revenue opportunities

Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in an Automotive Sales & Finance role
• Valid OMVIC licence
• Proven ability to secure financing and close F&I product sales
