Job Title: UX Designer
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 6 months (Extension Conversion Possible)
Work Type: Hybrid (2 days)
Pay Range: C$65 - C$75/Hr

• Stay abreast of current design methodologies, practice,s and trends
• Participation in observational studies, usability testing,g and other customer research
• Effective communication of conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationales

Must Have:

• Expert in Figma, proficiency with Axure and Adobe's Creative Suite
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies
• Ability to communicate ideas to a diverse audience and constructively integrate feedback
• Creation of sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios and storyboards
• Close collaboration with development teams to ensure that design intent is achieved
• Advocate for the user throughout the project lifecycle

Education

• A degree in design or a design-related discipline (industrial design, user-centered design, visual design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology, human-computer interaction, etc.
