Headquartered in Etobicoke, ON (nearest intersection of Browns Line and Lakeshore), Starline Production Rentals Inc., was founded in 2000 and has grown steadily through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. Our resources include a fleet of over 850 specialized trucks and trailers to service the dynamic film and television industry. Supplying custom-built vehicles to accommodate actors, hair and make-up, cameras, rigging, wardrobe and more requires ongoing repair and maintenance. Some other great things about us: * Competitive wages and vacation * Professional team-spirited environment * Experienced team of mechanics * Benefit plan (health and dental) * Boot Allowance DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Moving trucks and trailers between our main yard on Southdown Rd and 2nd yard 3kms away. * As needed provide general repairs to support the upkeep of trucks and trailers * Load and unload cargo while ensuring proper securement and handling to prevent damage. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality. * Adhere to all traffic regulations and company directives during transit. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, mileage, and fuel usage. * Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide status updates and address concerns. * Observe safety protocols and adhere to best practices to prevent accidents and injuries. QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum 1 year verifiable AZ work experience * Minimum 5 years of safe and verifiable driving experience * Shunting experience preferred/willing to train * A valid AZ driver's License * Clean Driver abstract - no moving violations in the past year * Clean criminal record search * Good communication skills and reliable * Ability to operate the truck in a safe manner We thank you for your interest.
