We are a single practitioner office in Halifax looking for a special receptionist. Our team works out of a renovated Victorian Home and therefore the home and clinic have a nice home feel with a professional clinic. The ideal person will love talking to people and helping them. They will be good at booking appointments, handling payments and insurance claims. They will be detail orientated and be highly organized. The hours we work are Monday-Thursday and are roughly 7:15-5:15 PM with some hours 8-12 ish on Fridays. We use Dentrix and any experience here would be an asset but we can show you the way!
