Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement supply chain strategies, aligning with business goals and improving operational efficiency.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage procurement, establish supplier standards, and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and quality-driven supply chains.
- Logistics & Inventory Management: Oversee logistics partnerships, manage inventory across multiple nodes, and ensure seamless coordination with production schedules.
- ERP Optimization: Maintain accurate data, streamline workflows in Syspro ERP or similar systems, and use analytics to track operational efficiency.
- Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with teams to develop demand forecasting models, anticipate customer requirements, and optimize production planning.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (Masters or MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years in supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or director role.
- Skills: Expertise in Syspro ERP, data analysis, contract negotiations, logistics, and process optimization.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business results.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
