About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operations across procurement, logistics, inventory, and planning. This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership, focused on streamlining processes, building supplier relationships, and driving efficiency across the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support operational goals and long-term growth.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiation. Ensure supplier performance aligns with quality, cost, and sustainability goals.
• Logistics & Inventory: Manage 3PL relationships, optimize logistics flows, and maintain healthy inventory levels across multiple nodes.
• ERP & Data Management: Use Syspro (or similar ERP systems) to drive accuracy, efficiency, and forecasting reliability.
• Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop demand planning models and improve supply responsiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (MBA or Masters preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with 35 years in a senior or leadership role
• Strong background in procurement, logistics, inventory control, and ERP systems (Syspro preferred)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement process improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Compensation

• Salary: $90,000$100,000
• Bonus: 10% annual
• Vacation: 3 weeks
