Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher to join our team. This position is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is punctual, follows instructions well, and takes pride in supporting the culinary team by keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently and thoroughly

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and equipment

• Take out garbage and recycling regularly and ensure bins are clean and lined

• Assist with basic food prep such as washing and peeling vegetables, when required

• Organize and store supplies and kitchen tools properly

• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

• Support cooks and other kitchen staff as needed

• Report equipment or maintenance issues to supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is an asset but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain on your feet for extended periods

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
