Responsibilities: * ** Responsible for accurate and timely reconciliation & billing of customer orders ** Responsible for daily processing of vendor invoices ** Enter invoices in ERP accurately, resolve invoice discrepancies and manage vendor issues. ** Process vendor payments as required on payment terms and maintain files ** Responsible for Credit & Collections ** Daily, weekly, or as required, review of AR Aging reports ** Research account disputes and billing discrepancies. Resolve short payments. ** Perform account/payment reconciliations. ** Respond to credit inquiries from internal and external clients ** .Prepare credit applications, ensure all documents required are received ** Process customer refunds. Review and process account adjustments. Resolve customer over payments ** Communicate and collaborate with the Sales Dept and others to clarify ** Maintain & organize an accurate digital record. ** Responsible for day-to-day banking & monthly bank reconciliation- resolve issues, as needed and on time. ** Responsible for filing & organizing. ** Completes special projects as assigned by Supervisor. ** Assists and supports department personnel when needed. ** Performs various tasks required for administrative processing Education & Experience: * ** Diploma or certificate in accounting ** Accounting work experience preferred but not required ** Knowledge of accounting processes ** Experience in Microsoft Business Central - ERP is an asset ** Proficient in Computer applications- MS Office ** Intermediate Excel knowledge required ** Data base Management skills ** Accounts Receivable experience preferred. ** Well organized and attentive to detail ** Excellent oral and written communication skills.
