Our client in the software industry is looking for an Accounting Analyst to join them on a 6-month assignment. The role will be working remotely.

As the Accounting Analyst your duties will be:

• Enter customer contracts into the system accurately and promptly.
• Create invoices and ensure they are sent to customers in a timely manner.
• Update the Accounts Receivable (AR) listing with precision and attention to detail.
• Support in AR Collections on outstanding customer balances owed.

• Accurately enter AP invoices into the system, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to payment terms.
• Run AP Aging reports and draft payments for outstanding vendor balances based on analysis from the Accounting Manager.

• Handle account reconciliations for bank and credit card transactions, AR, and AP to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage balance sheet schedules such as prepaids, fixed assets, def rev etc.

TMGCT

• Proficient in Sage Intacct (system knowledge required)
• SaaS industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Strong research and problem-solving capabilities
