Finance & Operations Manager - Hiring on Behalf of a Growing Global Client (Mississauga, Hybrid)
Compensation: $130K-$140K + Bonus
We're working with a global organization that's focusing its next phase of growth right here in Canada. Their Canadian division is expanding, and we've been engaged to help them hire a Finance & Operations Manager-a key role that will initially operate as a standalone position but is expected to grow into managing leaders across different areas of the business beyond finance.
This hybrid role (based in Mississauga) is a mix of finance leadership, strategic business partnership, and operations-making it ideal for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats and enjoys building from the ground up.
Breakdown of Responsibilities:
50% Finance & FP&A - Lead monthly reporting, drive forecasting, budgeting, and support senior leadership with insights that fuel smarter decisions. You'll take ownership of the Canadian P&L and lead ongoing financial processes.
30% Business Partnership - Work closely with sales, commercial teams, and the Canadian GM to improve margins, grow market share, and build out strategic tools (think Power BI dashboards, commercial analytics, etc.).
20% Operations/Supply Chain - Oversee relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensure smooth purchasing and inventory flow, and support cross-functional teams in customer service, quality, and regulatory.

What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience in finance with exposure to supply chain or operations
CPA or MBA preferred
Strong FP&A and business analysis background
Confident working cross-functionally and partnering with commercial teams
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent Excel skills; Power BI and ERP experience are a big plus
