The RoleWe're looking for a strong Senior or Staff Backend Engineer to help scale our systems and build mission-critical infrastructure powering liquid staking, validator yield strategies, and MEV capture. You'll work closely with a highly experienced, crypto-native team to architect and implement performant backend systems with a focus on Golang.
What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Golang (Rust experience a plus)
Work on high-performance systems that interact with blockchain networks in real-time
Help architect and scale core infrastructure for staking, slashing protection, and MEV strategies
Collaborate with protocol engineers, researchers, and product to ship end-to-end features
Contribute to technical decisions across the stack, including system architecture and design patterns
4–8 years of backend engineering experience, ideally in high-scale or low-latency environments
Expertise in Golang; bonus points for experience with Rust
Background in top-tier technical institutions and/or well-regarded tech companies
Experience at a crypto startup or protocol team
Familiarity with liquid staking, validator operations, or MEV mechanics is a strong plus
Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and systems programming
Self-directed and comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment
Work at the frontier of crypto and DeFi infrastructure
