What You'll Do:
- Manage inbound inquiries, quotes, and orders from existing customers in your territory
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Recommend product solutions, cross-reference part numbers, and provide technical guidance
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and collaborate with the operations team
Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
Hit sales targets and deliver exceptional service
What Were Looking For:
3+ years of inside sales, parts, or industrial product experience
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and technical specs
Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAGE preferred) and Microsoft Excel
Mechanical, automotive, or industrial background is a bonus
