Marketing Assistant

We seek a Marketing Assistant to work with our team on marketing efforts. The ideal fit will be a marketing Swiss Army Knife who can handle many marketing functions.

Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating and editing engaging content for social media and promotional campaigns
  • Capturing and editing photos/videos at internal office events and external events
  • Managing and publishing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Running paid social media campaigns focused on brand awareness
  • Supporting social media prospecting and community engagement efforts
  • Reviewing and refining pre-written blog posts and daily social media content
  • Utilizing equipment such as gimbals, tripods, and lighting tools to ensure high production quality

Marketing Assistant Skills:

  • Experience or training in business-to-business marketing.
  • Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital editing tools, such as Canva, Photoshop, Acrobat DC, Capcut, and Premiere Rush.
  • A motivated and outgoing personality.

Education, Experience and Trait Requirements:

  • Diploma in Creative Communications, specializing in Advertising & Marketing Communications or Business Administration with a Marketing Major.
