Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections (Pre-Op, GMP, brittle materials) to ensure compliance with CFIA, FDA, and internal GMP standards.
- Analyze consumer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions across teams.
- Perform monthly environmental monitoring and verify finished goods meet specifications.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA procedures and programs in line with CFIA, FDA, and GFSI regulations.
- Prepare for and facilitate product recalls, audits, and regulatory interactions, ensuring follow-up on corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HACCP experience with strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (CFIA, FDA).
- Familiarity with GFSI-recognized certifications (FSSC 22000 is an asset).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities across all organizational levels.
