Description: Employee Success is made up of HR professionals, Recruiters, Operations, and Coordinators that come together to continue to build out Client. In Employee Success, we strive to bring on top talent and continue to build out our organization with the Aloha style treatment. Role Description: We are currently looking for a full cycle Recruiter to help build any one of these areas: G&A, Tech, and Sales organizations. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing and supporting the entire recruiting process. Your Impact: Source, recruit and hire Client professionals across a wide range of roles within our Go-to-market solution engineering and customer success groups Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance Participate on the worldwide recruiting team in developing, implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates Build solid relationships with sales leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and deep diving into passive candidate networks throughout various markets Partner with other departments (Finance, Legal, etc) to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding Basic
Requirements: Bachelor's degree 4+ years recruiting experience, in an agency and/or in-house Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors Familiarity with technology markets Ability to articulate the Client value proposition and story to candidates Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies Preferred Requirements: Experience recruiting for a growing technology company strongly preferred
