The ADAS Calibration Production Manager will oversee daily operations of the ADAS calibration team, ensuring efficient workflows, and timely delivery of services. This role requires a strong understanding of ADAS systems, automotive service processes, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the ADAS calibration team technicians

· Invoice services performed to the vehicle

· Plan and coordinate daily production schedules for vehicle calibrations.

· Ensure all calibrations meet OEM standards and company quality guidelines.

· Work closely with body shop mangers, collision estimators, insurance partners and customers.

· Ensure compliance with OEM procedures

Requirements

Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience in automotive or ADAS calibration industry, with 1 + years in a supervisory role.

· Ability to learn and understand OEM position statements/ service procedures regarding vehicle ADAS systems

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in a high-volume production environment.
