Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and organized Deal Processor to join our accounting team. This critical role is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing all vehicle sales transactions, ensuring all documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of automotive retail operations.

Responsibilities
• Accurately book/post all new and used vehicle deals, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and processed in a timely manner.
• Verify deal jackets for completeness, compliance with internal policies, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any missing or inaccurate deal information.
• Reconcile daily sales logs and assist with accounting entries and adjustments.
• Maintain an organized filing system for deal jackets and other related documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting as required.
• Stay informed about changes in provincial regulations and dealership compliance standards.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dealership or automotive administration role.
• Experience booking/posting deals at high-volume dealerships is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in CDK Drive or similar dealership management software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to accuracy and teamwork.
