About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Tile Installer with a strong background in construction and renovations to join our growing team. If you take pride in precision, have an eye for detail, and know your way around residential and commercial job sites, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and Client various types of tile (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, etc.)

• Prepare surfaces (floors, walls, backsplashes) for tile installation

• Grout, seal, and finish surfaces with high-quality craftsmanship

• Read blueprints and follow design specs

• Perform basic renovation tasks: drywall, framing, waterproofing, etc.

• Maintain clean, safe workspaces and follow all safety regulations

• Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and contractors

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tile installer

• Background in general construction or home renovations

• Ability to use tile cutters, wet saws, and other tools of the trade

• Strong understanding of layout, leveling, and alignment

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience with heated flooring systems

• Knowledge of waterproofing techniques (e.g., Schluter, RedGard)

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish preferred but not required)
