The Opportunity

As our Business Development Associate, youll be instrumental in fueling Brandishs continued growth. This is not a traditional sales role its a strategic, creative, and people-focused position where relationship-building, curiosity, and insight-driven outreach are key.

Youll work closely with our Partner team, strategists, and creatives to identify new opportunities, open doors with prospective clients, and help expand our footprint across sectors and geographies. This is your chance to help ambitious brands find the clarity and momentum they need with Brandish by their side.

What Youll Do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and new business opportunities across multiple sectors
  • Proactively engage leads via thoughtful outreach (email, phone, social, in-person) and open conversations with decision-makers
  • Secure and coordinate discovery meetings between potential clients and Brandish leaders
  • Support proposal development and collaborate with internal teams to develop winning pitches and presentations
  • Track and analyze KPIs, CRM data, and outreach performance, using insights to iterate and improve
  • Increase Brandishs visibility through partnerships, social engagement, and participation in industry events

What You Bring

  • Proven experience (210 years) in business development, strategic marketing, or sales preferably in an agency, consultancy, or professional services setting
  • Hands-on expertise in outbound sales and prospecting you know how to identify high-value leads, research accounts, and craft outreach strategies that open doors
  • A strategic mindset rooted in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) you understand how to tailor messaging and content to different buyer personas and industries to drive interest and engagement
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills you're confident initiating conversations, guiding stakeholders through discovery, and nurturing long-term partnerships
  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools (like HubSpot or similar) you track activity, analyze funnel performance, and use data to inform and improve approach
  • A builders mentality you're proactive, self-motivated, and excited by the challenge of developing new markets and verticals
  • Comfort in the field whether its attending industry events, hosting in-person meetings, or exploring new networks, you thrive when youre actively connecting with potential clients
  • Collaborative and people-first youre at your best when working across departments to help great work get into market and new partnerships take root

Compensation & Support

  • Base salary plus performance-based commission we reward initiative, smart prospecting, and strong outcomes
    • Base Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00
  • Travel and expense budget to support industry events, outbound efforts, and client engagement
