At the Meat Guyz/Meat Girlz we bring the best meat, fish, and seafood directly to communities in Calgary. We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Assistants to go door-to-door, engage with Calgarians, and encourage them to support Alberta farmers by trying our service.

If you are someone who:

· wants to support local businesses,

· wants to be paid based on performance & results,

· has no issue talking to people face-to-face, and

· is driven, accountable, and organized

then this is a business you could thrive in, and generate an income that reflects your efforts.

Pay is 100% commission-based.

Everyone starts out as a Sales Assistant. You are the Opener, and your trainer is the Closer. Your responsibilities will be:

· Cold calling door-to-door to introduce yourself and the company

· Qualifying potential clients and scheduling shows for your driver/closer

· Learning the business and sharpening your skills until you can be an Independent Sales Rep yourself.

Independent Sales Reps are given access to a company vehicle. Therefore, having a driver's license will be necessary for promotion.
