Responsibilities include organizing, delegating, executing and thorough follow-up on cleaning duties. The candidate must possess exceptional communication skills and have attention to detail. A fundamental understanding of the significance of exceptional cleaning is necessary. It is essential the candidate also has extensive knowledge of our audit system. It is required the restaurant be prepared at all times for a third party audit with the expectation being a score that meets and ideally exceeds company standards. You will supervise a team of approximately 5 cleaners to ensure all cleaning duties are completed according to a cleaning schedule and standards. Training new cleaners will also be mandatory while performing quarterly employee reviews or more frequently if deemed necessary. You will be required to conduct monthly team meetings to ensure all cleaning procedures are being followed and to address any maintenance and/or safety concerns. If more extensive cleaning or repairs are warranted you are to communicate your finding to the restaurant manager and owners. Sourcing suppliers for materials and best pricing is required. You must be willing to work a flexible schedule.

• Must possess a valid Nova Scotia Drivers Licence and previous cleaning experience of one year minimum
