• Team lead experience

• Experience working with ServiceNow

• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or commerce and 3–5 years of experience or equivalent combination

• Strong facilitation and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

What You'll Do
You'll lead and support initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders while managing and improving IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and resolve stories in Jira

• Manage corporate forms lifecycle (creation, release, discontinuation)

• Evaluate and develop business requirements

• Ensure development follows standards and is easy to maintain

• Manage incidents and enhancement requests

• Document and execute acceptance tests for user stories

• Provide support and guidance to team members

• Analyze and respond to incidents

• Facilitate problem-solving with business and IT teams

• Ensure high-quality solutions prior to product releases
