We are looking for an ambitious individual able to work in a high energy collaborative environment. They must have strong attention for details, basic understanding of QA methodologies and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases to ensure software quality.
• Develop, maintain, and document test cases and results.
• Conduct regression and exploratory testing to validate application functionality.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Use MS SQL to create test data and write simple queries.
• Assist in mobile application testing (a strong plus).
• Continuously learn about the application under test, QA methodologies, and tools.
• Seek mentorship from senior team members for skill development.
• Provide input on process improvements and participate in team discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in software testing, preferably in manual and black-box testing.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and report issues effectively.
• Familiarity with QA best practices and experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Mobile testing or automation testing experience is an advantage
