Program Coordinator
Remote/Hybrid | Part-Time to Full-Time Potential

About the Role
We are hiring a Program Coordinator on behalf of our client, a company that provides leadership training, coaching, and organizational development services. The Program Coordinator will play a key role in supporting client onboarding, organizing training programs, and ensuring smooth internal and external communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding of clients and enroll participants in training programs
  • Schedule and organize group training sessions with client companies
  • Act as the main point of contact for participants, client representatives, facilitators, and internal staff
  • Follow standard operating procedures and track progress using the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Prepare and distribute weekly internal reports and monthly client updates
  • Manage meeting logistics and track follow-up actions
  • Schedule virtual and in-person meetings with clients, candidates, and prospects
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of quarterly networking events
  • Provide administrative support to the President and facilitator team
  • Maintain systems and templates using Microsoft Office, CRM (HubSpot), project management software, and SurveyMonkey (training provided)
  • Draft business documents and support proposal development
  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business, or HR preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, ideally with exposure to CRM systems or LMS platforms
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing tasks in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other business tools (or willingness to learn)
