• Compensation: Up to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support all maintenance staff and daily shop operations
• Perform hands-on repairs and oversee vehicle and equipment servicing
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and internal standards
• Track maintenance expenses, inventory, and fuel usage
• Recruit, train, and evaluate shop personnel
• Coordinate safety meetings and enforce safety procedures

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Class B CDL (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Prior supervisory experience in a maintenance/shop setting
• Strong mechanical skills including air brakes, inspections, and welding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software (e.g., TMW, JDEdwards)
• Full set of hand tools required

Working Conditions:

• Shop environment with exposure to weather, noise, and mechanical hazards
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 100 lbs and extended standing/walking
