Our team is looking for an energetic, results-driven B2B marketing professional with a unique blend of product marketing, channel marketing, marketing communications and analytical acumen to develop and implement marketing initiatives in the video platform industry.
We are seeking a VP, Global Marketing responsible for marketing strategy and execution, working closely with Quickplays founding team. This role is ideal for someone who can excel as both a leader and individual contributor, capable of building and managing a team, while also being hands-on and directly in deliverables.
In this role, you will have a small team. You will leverage the full breadth of Quickplay's resources across departments to drive success and leverage external resources and agencies to help you accomplish your goals. You must be resourceful and act and manage as resources are limited.
The role requires domain expertise across multiple marketing disciplines; demonstrated strengths and experience in strategy, product marketing, story telling, and event execution are key requirements for the person applying for this role. Experience working in tech B2B marketing a requirement; OTT technology experience a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies to capture global business opportunities with Tier 1 Sports, Entertainment, and MVPDs/operators.
- Leverage industry trends and insights, particularly within OTT and tech, to position our solutions and our sales teams effectively
- In collaboration with product, local sales teams and solution engineering, build and deliver product GTM strategies, inclusive of all sales support materials. Special emphasis on product differentiation, story enablement, translating technical components to multiple audiences, and ROI for potential targets.
- Own the brand execution across all owned channels (site, social media), client and prospect communications, events and outreach
- Oversee publicity, conferences, webinars, and comms related activities
- Execute marketing strategies, including email campaigns, to drive TOFU, drive progress in our sales funnel, and increase client engagement that lead to new revenue opportunities
- Create and manage marketing budget; develop tools to track ROI
- Support internal departments as needed to ensure consistent brand implementation
- Establish strong relationships with key partners (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) to drive Quicplay brand prominence at events and within their organization; strategically partner to help amplify company and product messaging

- Driving creative executions: marketing videos, event, etc, always thinking about what is new and advances our story
4. Desire to Get Hands Dirty
- No reservations on driving deliverables, including the development of sales presentation materials, managing an event from ideation to day of execution, and being on-top of details for marketing executions
5. A Plus: Deep Understanding of OTT Value Chain
- In-depth knowledge of the OTT industry, including key drivers in content creation, delivery, and distribution for Sports, Entertainment, and MVPDs.
- Deep familiarity with OTT business models and emerging technologies, enabling the ability to present and sell solutions aligned with market trends.
