Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our valued customers with their financing needs while upholding the highest ethical and legal standards. You will work closely with our sales team and lending partners to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every customer.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with the sales team, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of sales and service department processes.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a network of lenders and financial institutions.
Meticulously analyze and verify sales contracts for accuracy and completeness.
Stay current with financial services offerings, alternatives, and industry trends.
Expertly arrange customer financing by working directly with lenders and financial institutions.
Thoroughly evaluate credit applications for completeness and accuracy, matching customers with the most suitable financial resources.
Professionally guide customers through the financing process, finalize purchase agreements, and ensure all necessary documents are executed correctly.
Present clients with tailored solutions for warranty and vehicle protection options, as well as available incentive programs.
Build strong rapport and establish trust with every customer.
Adhere strictly to all legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring the protection of both the dealership and the customer in all transactions.
Collaborate with other dealership managers to contribute to strategic planning, forecast trends, and participate in the continuous review and improvement of dealership plans.
