Project Delivery Manager – High-End Residential
MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our high-end residential renovation client to find a first-class Project Delivery Manager to join their team in Ottawa, Ontario, with projects across Orleans, Gloucester North, and the broader Ottawa region. The primary responsibility of this role will be to oversee and manage all aspects of luxury renovation projects from start to finish—ensuring smooth coordination, high-quality delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:

• Communicate daily with subcontractors and clients to confirm schedules and expectations
• Coordinate on-site operations, monitor work, and post daily progress updates
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing issues and providing excellent customer service
• Manage project timelines, materials, quality control, and final walkthroughs

You should have the following in your background to apply:

• Proven experience managing construction or renovation projects, preferably in high-end residential settings
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate teams, and ensure timely project execution
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, basic project management tools, and a valid G-class license
