Overview
Ideal Siding is seeking a high-performing Operations Coordinator to support our HQ operations team and growing network of franchise partners. This is not an entry-level admin role were looking for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, is confident managing multiple priorities, and has the systems thinking and initiative to keep complex projects on track.
Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, youll be a key driver of day-to-day efficiency across the company coordinating tasks, streamlining processes, and ensuring both our internal teams and franchisees get the support they need to succeed.
Please note: This is not a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain position. Candidates with only clerical or entry-level admin experience are unlikely to be a strong match.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise & HQ Support
  • Act as a primary liaison for franchisees and internal stakeholders on operational matters
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support on systems, tools, and processes
  • Respond quickly and effectively to questions, escalations, and coordination needs across multiple locations
Process & Project Coordination
  • Track progress on ongoing projects, initiatives, and key deliverables
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to tools, workflows, and documentation
  • Ensure consistent follow-up, accountability, and communication across departments
  • Keep detailed, up-to-date records of tasks, updates, and status reports
Youll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
  • 24 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to juggle dozens of competing priorities without dropping the ball
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with CRMs, project management tools, and cross-functional collaboration
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs, not just react to requests
  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a fast-moving operations role
