We are currently seeking Bin Painter Assistants to join our team in Fredericton, NB. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where employees will help refresh and restore industrial bins to extend their lifespan and improve appearance.
The RoleScrape off rust and old paint from metal binsClean and prep bins for painting using brushes and rollers Apply primer to surfaces in preparation for a new paint jobSupport the painting team as needed with general labor tasksFollow safety protocols and work efficiently as part of a team
Requirements Comfortable with physical, hands-on work outdoorsAbility to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Previous experience in painting or surface prep is an asset, but not requiredReliable and punctual with a good work ethicMonday to Friday 8am to 430pm
