Incoming Inspection Technician:
The Incoming Inspection Technician is responsible for completing the Incoming Inspection in the Corcym Canada site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of incoming materials and documents arriving from outside suppliers, by organizing the quarantine and the inspection process.
- Ensure the correct execution of all quality checks and/or tests required by the inspection procedures. Activate specialized controls for products when appropriate, in compliance with procurement programs lead times.
- Complete Incoming Inspections to carry out checks and approve or discard the materials/components.
- Check the quality of products supplied and activate the required actions to prevent issues or shortages, communicating with other department or the suppliers.
- Participate in audits to external suppliers of raw materials and components.
- Follow the inspection control procedure sand keep them updated, incompliance with the materials specifications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of the technical aspects related to the control of high-tech devices.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations.
- Knowledge of basic statistics.
- Basic knowledge of IT and English language.
- Experience in team managing.
Education and Experience:
- 5 years or more working in medical device regulated company.
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
