Now Hiring: Canadian In-House Sales & Admin Coordinator in Etobicoke

Location: Etobicoke (South)

Position Type: Full-time, On-site

Start Date: Immediate

Eligibility: Open to Canadian citizens and permanent residents only

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
  • Overtime pay
  • Signing bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Canadian chain and independent sales accounts and all associated distribution relationships
  • Maintain and update databases for key accounts
  • Coordinate listing forms and portals for new product submissions
  • Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly sales reports via Power BI and ERP systems
  • Organize and communicate promotional calendars and ensure timely execution at store level
  • Review and approve trade spend, demo, and promotional deductions
  • Provide support to the call centre and order desk when needed
  • Handle online store management and sales coordination
  • Resolve customer concerns by identifying root causes, proposing solutions, and escalating when necessary
  • Support the Sales Manager with trade shows, broker communications, and reporting
  • Attend Canadian food industry shows and events as a brand representative
  • Collaborate with internal teams on projects and administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Canadian sales experience in food or CPG, preferably with both chain and independent accounts
  • Prior experience in in-house sales and administrative coordination
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Familiarity with Power BI, ERP platforms, and e-commerce systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative thinker who is solution-focused and eager to contribute new ideas
  • Experience in the organic food or bakery industry is an asset
  • University degree or college diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
