About the Initiative:

As the Brand Promoter, you will be the driving force behind campaign visibility, community engagement, and stakeholder collaboration. Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic Brand Promoter to design and implement marketing strategies that drive event attendance and amplify brand awareness for this life-saving initiative. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with logistical prowess to inspire participation, manage stakeholder relationships, and measure impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote blood drive events, including audience targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
  • Design creative campaigns (digital, print, and experiential) to maximize participation and brand awareness.
  • Track and report on KPIs (e.g., donor sign-ups, social media engagement, event attendance).

2. Multi- Channel Promotion

  • Manage social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) to share stories, event updates, and impact metrics.
  • Coordinate email marketing, press releases, and partnerships with local media outlets.
  • Deploy traditional methods (flyers, posters, community outreach) to engage diverse demographics.

3. Event Coordination & Logistics

  • Liaise with venues, medical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Oversee attendee registration, volunteer coordination, and on-site branding.
  • Troubleshoot logistical challenges and ensure compliance with health/safety protocols.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with sponsors (e.g., Finlandia), universities, corporate partners, and healthcare providers.
  • Represent the initiative at public forums, interviews, and networking events.
  • Train and motivate volunteers to amplify outreach efforts.

5. Impact Measurement & Reporting

  • Analyze post-event data to evaluate success (e.g., units collected, lives saved).
  • Gather testimonials and stories to showcase the movement's impact.
  • Recommend improvements for future campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Experience:

    • 2+ years in promotional activities, brand management, or community outreach.
    • Proven track record in customer engagement and campaign execution.
    • Experience in nonprofit/healthcare sectors is a plus.
  • Skills:

    • Communication: Exceptional verbal/written skills for public speaking and persuasive messaging.
    • Digital Savvy: Proficiency in social media management, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic graphic design (Canva).
    • Organizational: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Interpersonal: Builds trust with diverse stakeholders (donors, sponsors, medical teams).
  • Passion: Commitment to social causes and community health initiatives.

Work Environment:
